Pro-Tech Yacht Services accepts payment online via Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept Interac, etransfer, wire transfer, cash and cheque in person. If you choose to pay by cheque, please note that it may take up to 7 days to clear. Specifications, prices, and availability of products may vary from the descriptions listed on our site. We strive to ensure that delivery is completed within 4 to 7 business days once your order has been processed, depending on your location and the availability of items.

All new goods purchased from Pro-Tech Yacht Services come with the appropriate manufacturer's warranties. We honor all genuine warranty returns. Non-warranty returns that are agreed upon will be subject to a return charge. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and ensuring that the products are returned safely. Please note that all goods remain the property of Pro-Tech Yacht Services until they are paid for in full.
