Refund Policy
At Pro-Tech Yacht Services, we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if at any time you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. You may return most items for a replacement or refund, with the following exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to safety, customization, or registration requirements, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Items with expiration dates (e.g., flares, rearm kits)
Registered equipment (e.g., EPIRBs, PLBs)
Customized items (e.g., spliced rope, cut lengths of rope or wire)
Special order items
Clearance or final sale items
Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
Return Conditions:
Within 30 Days: Returns made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt (or valid proof of purchase) will be refunded to the original payment method.
After 30 Days: Returns made after 30 days with a receipt are subject to approval by our sales team. If accepted, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Without a Receipt: Returns without a receipt are at the discretion of our sales team, will incur a 20% restocking fee, and will be refunded as store credit only.
All returned products must:
Be in their original packaging
Be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition
Warranty Issues:
If a product is not functioning properly within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we’re here to help. Please provide proof of purchase, and we will investigate the issue. If deemed defective under warranty, we’ll offer a replacement product in line with the manufacturer’s terms.
