Shipping Methods and Costs

We do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

We offer two reliable shipping carriers for your convenience:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method you select and your location. Please note that we do our best to offer competitive rates for both standard and expedited shipping options.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days within Canada, while expedited options may reduce delivery time. International shipping can take longer, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you research potential import duties, taxes, and regulations specific to your country before making a purchase.

Pro-Tech Yacht Services is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or unforeseen shipping issues that may arise during international shipping.

No Refunds on Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you decide to return a product, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package. If you do not receive your tracking number or have any concerns about your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post. However, some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes depending on size or shipping restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to the addresses within Canada and select international locations. If your shipping address is outside of our shipping service area, please reach out to us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Customer Responsibility

It is important that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Pro-Tech Yacht Services is not responsible for any issues related to undelivered or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately to make any necessary changes before your order ships.
